Calendar Planning Meeting

Please join us to help plan the Service Unit Activities for 2014-2015! Wednesday April 30th 7pm McMillin Elementary School Library. Troops interested in planning an event, this is your opportunity to put it on the calendar!  You’ll get all the inside information about when and where the encampment will be next year and help figure out what events we should keep and plan or eliminate from the schedule.  It really helps if you bring your school calendar and important dates for sports teams and church youth groups so we can plan around other community happenings.  Girls and Leaders are welcome.
