Welcome:  Turn in financials and proof of re-registration at the back table to receive raffle tickets for our prize drawing at the Volunteer Recognition Dinner (5/24). Need not be present to win.

GS Summer Camp – Presentation by Rea DeLaCruz from Council

Online Registration –  Mini-training & assistance from Council Registrars
Financials Due – TONIGHT!!! Please contact Beth Ann Coleman
(treasurer@gssunnytrails.com) or your level manager if you need assistance. Please drop off financials at Beth Ann’s home (736 Creekside, CV 91914) and not at Council.

SU Team Positions Available – We are looking for volunteers for the following positions: Activity Consultant, Membership Organizers (see Dolly for great info on being an MO) and Product Sales team. We are looking for event and activity directors for Songfest, Thinking Day, and Bridging for next year.

Cookie Recognitions –  Were already available for pick up, please see Deb tonight; they will be returned to Council.

Troop 5152 will sew patches till June 24th – Contact Deb (lechner@cox.net) ASAP – her troop is graduating!!

First Aid & CPR – Offered monthly at Crown Cove Aquatic Center. You need this training to go on field trips & camping.

Upcoming Events:
Volunteer Recognition Dinner – Thursday, May 24th, 6 – 9 pm, $15/person, Sweetwater Summit Community Center; last night to sign up; Michelle will discuss recognitions. Be sure to pick up your raffle tickets at the back table!

Cosmic Bowling – May 26th, 5-7 pm, Brunswick Premier Lanes, by Troop 5152, $15, benefits SHARE and Troop 5152’s plans to attend Camp Sunshine. Drop off check to Debbie at the back table.

MO Roundtable- June 1st, Balboa Program Center, for all volunteers who help with SU round ups, MOs, consultants, school contacts, and any team member.

Heritage Tea Celebration – July 21st ; Claudia Silva and Debbie Lechner.

Volunteer Conference & Celebration – (formerly Leading the Way) Save the date!!! August 18, Town & Country Hotel, more info to come from Council. How can we show our Sunnytrails spirit?

Camp Surf Encampment – October 26- 28, $112/person, 50% deposit holds your spot, Debbie collecting checks tonight, space is limited, contact Deb: lecher@cox.net with questions.
