Nut Sales Training
Dear Girl Scout Leaders,
Girl Scout Nut Season is upon us. The sales begin on Friday, September 28 so we need to get everyone trained. As in previous years, we will have separate training for returning nut Moms/Dads and new nut Moms/Dads. There are some changes this year in products as well as paperwork procedures so everyone who sells nuts must attend training. Your financials must be turned in to the Service Unit Treasurer before your troop can sell nuts. You can attend training but paperwork will not be released to you until your financials are turned in.
Training will take place on the following days and times:
Tuesday, September 11 @ Chula Vista Hills Elementary School
6:30pm Returning nut Moms/Dads
7:30pm New nut Moms/Dads
Friday, September 14 @ First United Methodist Church Chula Vista (H Street)
6:30pm Returning nut Moms/Dads
7:30pm New nut Moms/Dads
Thursday, September 20 @ Elks Lodge
Immediately following Service Unit meeting (approximately 8pm)
In order to prepare your materials, it is mandatory you RSVP to Traci Emerick at troop5015@yahoo.com with the date and time you are attending, your troop number and the number of girls in your troop. If you do not RSVP, you will not be able to pick up your required materials for the nut sales. Please RSVP by 6pm on Sunday, September 9th if possible.
