You are invited to the Sunny Trails Service Unit Annual Bridging Ceremony

Elks Lodge Picnic Area (located behind Elk’s lodge) Elk’s Lodge Lane, Chula Vista

$2.00 per girl
This event will be a formal Bridging Ceremony where girls cross a bridge to move up to the next level of Girl Scouting. Girls should wear their old vests and troop leaders should be prepared with their next level vests to present to them when they cross the bridge. Participants will be presented with a membership star and disk, rainbow bridge arc badge, wings for brownies flying up to juniors, and a keepsake program. Any other awards you wish to present to your troop are best suited for intimate troop gatherings, and we ask that no other awards be distributed during the formal ceremony. All girls scouts and leaders are expected to stay for the entire ceremony to prevent disruptions and to show respect to all girls who are bridging. Please let your families know of this expectation. After the ceremony refreshments will be served.
Advance reservations are required. Please respond with troop number, level to which the girls are advancing, leader contact information, number of girls who will be bridging and payment by May 10, 2015.
