Meeting Begins: Welcome back and a special welcome to our new leaders. Claudia is in the back of the room to answer questions. Babysitting is provided by Madison Stallings (Troop 5026) and her mother Kelly.

Financials PAST Due – Please contact Beth Ann Coleman (treasurer@gssunnytrails.com) or your level manager if you need assistance. Drop off financials at Beth Ann’s home (736 Creekside, CV 91914) and not at Council.
SU Team Positions Available – We are looking for volunteers for the following positions: Website and Product Sales Team. Many schools still need Membership Organizers. (See list on the table in the back of the room.)
Round Ups/Parent Information Meetings – 8/28 and 9/20, 6pm, McMillin, help from MOs is greatly appreciated.
First Aid & CPR – Offered monthly at Crown Cove Aquatic Center. You need this training to go on field trips & camping.
New Leader Training Course – One-time “Introduction to Girl Scout Program” class; then enrichment courses by level

Coastal Cleanup Day – September 15, 9 am – 12 pm, Salt Creek Recreation Center is a cleanup site, www.cleanupday.org to register, print a waiver for each participant & bring to event.

Daisy Day at the Park – September 22, 10 am – 12 pm, $3/girl includes fun patch, sign up on interest list tonight

Camp Surf Encampment – October 26- 28, $112/person, 50% deposit holds your spot, balance due at mandatory encampment meeting September 20th, 8 pm (after SU Meeting). Contact Consuelo: conmurillo@cox.net

Council-wide 100th Anniversary Song Fest! – October 27, 3 – 4:30 pm, Balboa Park Organ Pavilion, register online: www.sdgirlscouts.org
International Thinking Day – February 23, Start working with your troop to choose a country now.

Breakout Session: Meet with your manager and program level for Q & A and give input on events & enrichment topics.
