Hello Sunnytrails leaders,
Our next Service Unit Meeting will be next Thursday, November 17th at 7pm.
For this month only, the meeting will be held at McMillin Elementary School. Babysitting will be available in the playground area, please dress your kids warmly.
During the meeting you’ll hear about Gingerbread Event, Skiing trip, Spring Encampment and Girl Scout Bridging Event at Disneyland. Also, we’ll talk about the new financial guidelines for older girls.
If you have girls who need to present any programs, please let me know so I can add them to the agenda. All money earning applications should be turned in at the Team Meeting that same night from 6 -7pm.
Also, if you haven’t turned your financials for the year 2010-2011 please make sure to bring them with you to the meeting and give them to Beth Ann or Consuelo. If you have registration forms to turn in, bring those along, too. Our new Registrar, Dawn Garrigus, will have a drop box in the back of the room for them.
Finally, do you need help getting all of those patches sewn onto sashes & vests? Don’t forget that Troop 5152 will be more than happy to do it for you.
