REGISTRATION Thank you for your interest in joining us for our Bring-A-Buddy Drive In Bingo event! We are excited to offer this event and introduce Girl Scouts to new girls.
This event is open to all Girl Scouts in all levels and their non-Girl Scout buddies. No drop offs permitted. All participants will remain in their vehicles. Girl Scouts attending as troops must adhere to safety-wise ratio.
Non-Girl Scouts do NOT have to attend with a Girl Scout, but must register and attend with a parent or guardian.
Girl Scouts do NOT have to bring a buddy to participate, but registration and payment is still required. Girl Scouts may attend as an individual or a troop.
WHEN & WHERE
• Saturday, April 24 from 7:00- 8:30pm
• Elks Lodge located at 901 Elks Lane in Chula Vista
PATCHES
• Girl Scouts who Bring-A-Buddy will earn a patch
• Fun patches will also be given to Girl Scouts and buddies
COST
• Girl Scouts, their parents/guardians, and their siblings are welcome to play for $5.00 each. Non-playing parents/guardians do not need to pay the $5.00 fee. Each player will receive a book of (5) play cards.
• Cost for all non-Girl Scouts is FREE and each non-Girl Scout player will receive one book of (5) play cards.
• Everyone is welcome to purchase additional books at the event for $5.00 each.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
• Space is limited for both cars and attendees. Registrations will be accepted until April 17 or until capacity is reached. Your spot is secure once the online registration form is completed and payment has been received. There are no refunds for this event.
PRIZES
• Prizes will be given to winners of each Bingo game. There will be at least (5) games played.
REFERRAL INCENTIVE FOR GIRL SCOUTS MEMBERS
• Girl Scouts who bring a buddy and/or refer a friend who attends and presents the referral card will be entered into a drawing for a gift. Each referral is an entry for the raffle
OPPORTUNITY DRAWING FOR SHARE
• We will be selling raffle tickets before and during the event for an opportunity drawing to be held at the end of the event to benefit Share.
• Share is our annual family giving campaign to grow more G.I.R.L.s—that’s Go-getters, Innovators, Risk-takers, and LeadersTM—right here in San Diego and Imperial counties. Funds raised through Share stay local to benefit girls in San Diego and Imperial counties through programming, financial aid, volunteer training, and property upgrades and maintenance at our campsites and service/program centers.
